does anyone know some useful setting for the output rendering settings for adobe premier that will give a good quality output (both audio and visual) without much loss in quality, at the moment im getting outputs of around 100mb for a 25second file which isnt very useful when you want to distribute the output on the internet!

any help
codec's and settings would be fantastic
