What Capture Software

All,

Can someone please point me in the direction of some decent easy to use Video Capture Software.

All I basically need it to do is copy the footage from my Camcorder using firewire to my PC so that I can burn it to DVD.

I use this programs big brother Vegas 5.
If this program is anything like it's big brother (& it's supposed to just be a dummed down version) it will be reliable & pretty easy to use with great results.

It will be a one stop solution from capture, thru edit & encode to DVD

If all you want is basic editing features, but good DVD authoring then I can recommend Ulead DVD Movie Factory 3.
If however you want better editing features but simpler DVD authoring then Ulead VideoStudio 8.
Or get both and have the best of both worlds
