I have one. It's a good camera and fairly easy to use. Down side is the Sony software is not very good. The docking station makes it easy to connect to a PC - you'll need somehting like Pinnacle to edit stuff.
I got mine cheap but at the full price it's probably a bit expensive compared to other similar camcorders.
