Panasonic HD Writer Software on Windows 7 SP1 X64 Home Premium

I own a HDC-SD700 and has been using HD Writer AE 2.1
on Windows XP SP3 X32 for some time now.
I have now got a new PC with Windows 7 SP1 X64 Home Premium.
When I try to install the HD Writer software on the new
computer I get the following error:
The OS or Service Pack(SP) is not supported by this application.
Can anyone confirm the version number of HD Writer running
under Windows 7 SP1 X64, if any.
