Canon MV700 vs Sony TRV265

Has anyone any idea which has best picture quality?

Nope - but I found the MV700 easier to handle which swung it for me (oh and Jessops were doing it at £349 plus 5 tapes and a bag)

I have the Sony 265, bought is for less than £250 brand new, it may be bigger than the MV700 (due to the tape size) but the quality on the Sony is A1!!! And its size actually makes it easier to use.
