Sony DCR-PC120E still a good camcorder?

Hi there,

I am new to these forums but visit them often. I have a question and i thought you guys would be the best guys to ask.

I have the offer of a Sony DCR-PC120E Network Handycam, second hand but in good condition. The price is around 400 pound and my friend is willing to sell to me.

My question is - is this still a good cam to be buying. I am planning on mainly using it for holiday videos which i plan to edit in Premiere on my PC and burn to DVD. Do you think this is a good buy? I was considering something along the lines the Sony DCR-HC20 or its predecessor the 33. Which one do you think would be the best one to buy?
