What's the best Digital Camcorder Under 800?

I am looking to buy a Digital Camcorder. I don't know if MiniDv or Digital8 is better. But what would you recommend.

Which one has/is the best:

Zoom
Better with little light
Picture Quality
Image Stabilizer
Audio Quality

And whatever might be important.

Basicaly let me know what's the best absolute Digial Camcorder for 800 and less. Preferably less. But I'll go 800 and less if I have to.
