Stuck Between the Two Camcorders

I'm thinking about getting a basic and cheap video recorder

I was going to get a Kodak Zi8 but then seen this one here Full HD 1080p Camcorder with HDMI output and Touch Screen Display : Home Entertainment : Maplin - does it look any good?

Any opinions?
