Im concerned so far as I ordered an expensive camera lens on Monday night as the live stock had 2 available. As mentioned earlier I had a call on Tuesday as the card was blocked so called bank and cleared it. I paid extra for next day before 10am delivery and it didnt turn up, called them and they said it was out of stock

. Was then told to call today as a new delivery was scheduled and was told they would contact me before 4pm to let me know if they arrived. no phone call and still none the clearer. They have £1450 of mine and I cant even get a civil reply to a simple question, when can I expect my camera lens? I have to wait till Monday now and try again. Dont know whether to keep trying or ask for a refund, which I think will be easier said than done. They were quick enough to take the money from my account though
Any advice?????
