Did you not like the altered title, then? Id hoped it might get more folk to be interested in your query than "Format to use for web site With Adobe Premiere E"
I get the impression the questions I asked seemed a bit irritating but your query needed some clarity

Any ideas??..Ill try:

There are several "web friendly" video formats;wmv is one of the most popular, but not the only one.

It is popular in part because a lot of people use Internet explorer, use and have WMP integrated to play web streamed content

Others formats are RealMedia, Quicktime 7 and lately Flash

The idea is to get the best quality at the smallest size for streaming.
Too small a size,, streaming may be fast as the bandwidth required would be small but quality.. poor.
Too large, it would take forever to load ( if it does)

So the format matters, as does the size but there is no ideal size., or ideal format

If the majority of your audience are likely to have broadband or faster web access, you may avoid the very minimum file sizes for streaming
You may also do this if your intention is for folk to download rather than just stream

mpeg ( 1 and 4)= along with divx xvid ) can be better for download , certainly not for streaming
mpeg2 is generally too large and unless the clip is short or quality paramount , it is usually not used in web applications

You may have to experiment with different sizes to get the ideal

Im not sure what you are going to use it for even tulally but evenif you are hosting a web site, ou may open a You tube account , upload your video ( You Tube as help on which formats it lies ect HERE) and then embed the video to your website from You tube
HTH
