HELP PLEASE... with Adobe Premiere Pro CS3?

Hi there

I've just edited a showreel on Adobe Premiere Pro CS3

When I export my film to burn to DVD via Adobe Encore...

I play my DVD on my TV and it does not fill up the TV screen, it is just a square box in the middle about a quarter of the size of the screen?

It won't let me change the frame size in the settings but it is automatically set at 720X576? to play on TV should it not be more like 1920X1200 or something?

It's very frustrating as I have been working on this a very long time and I need to get it on DVD "FULL SIZE" to play on a full size 32inch HD TV?

Please any help atall would be much appreciated

Best wishes

Re: HELP PLEASE... with Adobe Premiere Pro CS3?

what was the source material shot in ? (Format and Aspect) ?

It sounds like the project has been set based on the material. One thing you could try, is to create a new project - then cut/paste the entire timeline into the new project. Render and try again.

I dont understand why you can change the export properties though... odd one.

Re: HELP PLEASE... with Adobe Premiere Pro CS3?

Sorry, the material was shot on a Sony V1E in HD 1080i 25P frames per second, 16:9 (I think) PAL!

When I started the project I made sure I set it to the correct format (ie HD 1080i 25P)

I think its only when I burn it to DVD that it is so small?

I think the original resolution size was 1440X1080 or something along that?

If I start again, export it over again then which setting should I have? It seems there was no other setting that fit to my material other than the one I chose?

Thanks
