HELP ! Looking for a Hi Def Camcorder !!!

I've got some money rounded up and am looking to buy a hi def camcorder....my budget at the moment is £360...might increase depending on what you lot suggest. Am looking for a Hard Drive cam in specific as I dont want to buy loads and loads of SD cards. Also its gotta be minimum 1080i.
