Help My wmv videos from Adobe Premiere Elements are " ghosting"

Hi there
I wounder if any one can help me please???
I am using Adobe Premire Elements to edit my min DC videos footage! When I render it for the web using Window media 720 30p when some one is walking it like slow motion like it dragging behind them when they move!!?? What am I doing wrong please???

I hope some one can help me??

Just changed your title.. Which version of APE are you using? You do mean MiniDV dont you?
Try outputting them as non-interlaced and see

As you may tell I am new to this! OK I am using APE 3.0 Yes it miniDV tape i am filming on!

Please can you keep your replay simple please as i say new to this! lol

Unfortunately I have long since uninstalled ver 3 ( Thi is 2009! ) and have ver 7 on . Im hoping to trial ver 8 from tomorrow...
Essentially there is a " share tab which allos you to chose WMV as a format. withnit there is a tick box that allows you to export as deinterlaced. I couldnt say here that is in APE if it s there

You may not need to upgrade if your version allows you to export the wmv file as deinterlaced
I cant see much on the link BTW , perhaps a small 20 sec segment by email?
