Wink I am trying to make my first short movie and I need a camcorder.

I need a camcorder to make documentaries, short movies, something like panasonic NV-GS 230 would be very good however i do not find it in the market at all.
could anybody tell me which camcorder is in the market, panasonic or sony, with feature like:

manual focus, manual white balance, 3 CCD, Optical image stabilization, time code, fire wire, and external mic, headphone and light or if the camera work well in low light would be great.

that is what i think that i would need to make a good short movie, do you know any camcorder like that or should i go to something else as i am looking for somethig around £ 300, £350
many thanks!!

The NV-GS230 is off the market i think but there are still some others including the panasonic NVG-S 330 if you want a panasonic.

Well if you want to use tape the NV-GS330 is similar to the one you first mentioned but no cheap cam will be easy for your projects, its why i use a canon hv30 only a consumer cam but capable of making realy good films.
