Sony TRV-245, Canon MV600 or similar
I am planning to buy a dv camcorder for filmimg mainly family stuff. I have no experience of camcorders at all. I will probably want to use pc editing in the future. I can spend approx £300 (maybe more). I am tempted by Sony TRV-245, user reviews seem to be good but pro reviews I've seen aren't as good. Or Canon MV600?

Can anyone offer any opinions re these models. or recommend any others?
