Unhappy Panasonic SD9 cyan pictures!

Hi,
I have a Panasonic SD9 and all was well through the winter. However in lighter summer conditions the video and still have a cyan hue. I have returned it to Simply Electronics who say nothing is wrong. What do you think of the stills look here

Has anyone else had a similar problem?

I initially took it to the Panasonic Newark service centre who siad they could not repair it as it was not CE but of Arabic origin. They suspected the OS chip may have different white balance for that region.

Re: Panasonic SD9 cyan pictures!

Your sample images don't look a whole lot different than what I sometimes see out of my SD9. I can't say it's ever really bothered me a whole deal - and sometimes isn't present at all. A little WB tweak in post and all is good in the world. I wouldn't call it a fault.

Have you tried a skylight filter? Or even manual white balance? AWB = Almost White Believe it or not.

Re: Panasonic SD9 cyan pictures!

I had similar Cyan issues with my SD9, that was until I adjusted the Colourspace control on my Bravia LCD from "Wide" to "Standard".

This improved the picture a great deal, maybe having a look at your TV settings may help?
