Either a Class 4 or Class 6 SDHC card will be fine. Size is up to you. I prefer the smaller cards - if one fails, you don't lose as much video.
I've got a bunch of Transcend Class 6 cards which I use with a Panasonic SD9 - about half are 4GB (a good size for making archive / backup DVDs, as a DVD takes around 4GB of data), and half 8GB.
There are a few posts in this forum from people who've had corrupted data using Transcend, but I've not had any problems in over a year's use. Another option would be Sandisk, but they're considerably more expensive. Along with Transcend at the middle of the range is Kingston.
Whatever you opt for, shop around for a good deal. Check Amaz*n, 7dayshop, memorybits, etc. There's usually about a week's turnaround on SDHC card orders, in my experience.
