I have got Vegas pro 9.0a and have created individual files from each chapter using the AVCHD files from my camcorder. As each one has been completed I have rendered out as sony avc m2ts 1920x1080i. I have 8 of these files that equate to just over 2 hours of footage, the idea is to play these on my ps3 as they are but I want to create a DVD to give to friends and family as well. To do this I have started a new project and imported these created files back in and add them to the timeline then I want to render out as Mpeg2. When I set the process going it gets about a minute in then I get an error message saying 'Sony file interface surrogate (not visible) has stopped working'

I have updated my codec pack (klite) to the latest version but I cant find any other solutions.

Can anyone offer any solutions for this, its driving me mad as I cant figure out whats causing it?
