Fluid Head for tripod - any suggestions?

Fluid Head for tripod - any suggestions?
I'm looking for a cheapish (up to £50) fluid head for my tripod. I've got a Canon HF100. What would y'all suggest?

I use the Slik 504QF 11 tripod, which has a pretty good fluid head for the price. You can buy the head on it's own for about £40.

Thanks.... anyone else got another idea?
I saw a Velbon 'fluid effect' head in Jessops - is the Slik better than that (I thought it was a bit marginal in quality).
