Who knows the name of this video artifact?

Hi again.
Who can help me with a name.
while doing some high contrast shooting this weekend I noticed a sort of outline at the junction of the sky and the hills.

It's not fringing, or chromatic aboration(sp)..
so what is it called?

What causes it?

Untill I get a name for it I can't look up FAQ's.

See a sample here.
