Premiere CS4 and AVCHD export settings

I recently bought a Panasonic SD20 camcorder which records at 1920x1080 50i with 5.1 AC3 audio at a max bitrate of 17Mbps, I have also got CS4 for editing. I have done my first small sample film and have come to export it and I'm totally stuck with the massess of settings. Can someone please offer some advice?

I want to export from CS4 in the highest quality possible to playback on my PS3, I dont need to burn to disc as I copy them onto an external HDD and play them on the ps3 that way. I want to keep the same res and 5.1 auio if possible but dont know what is the best way to do it.

Can anyone help?
