Camcorder suggestions/guidence

I need to consult the all knowing on which cam to get.

What i need:
hdd and/or flash recording
hi def
decent still pic quality
lightweight (i have a bad arm which i can't hold up for long periods)
image stabilisation (as above)

It will be used as an all round cam, hols/days out, indoors and out.
editing will be with WMM and nero8 for burning (descent spec pc)

Budget of around £300 but i have some flexibility on that

currently i'm looking at:

Samsung hmx r10, £299, angled lens should help with my arm, full hi def, 9mp still pix, not much in the way of online reviews, (there is one on youtube by a lady with nice boosoms, but i didn't pay much attention to the review lol)

JVC GZ-HD6 £350, this looks to be a lot of cam, seeing mixed reviews tho, and it seems not to record in avchd so not sure on the editing. v good stabilisation system tho aparently.

Sayno xacti vpc-cg10 £199, good 10mp still pix, not so good cam.

So looking on advice on the above, or other suggestions i may have overlooked.

just spotted the Panasonic HDC-SD10 a little pricy at £365, but reviews seem to think it's better than the jvc
