New Camcorder Help Please =)

hey everyone, to keep this short and sweet :

I was wanting to purchase a camcorder for the purpose of making short films with friends, and to record fun moments

I was hoping to find something on the liens of having :

Great Manual Controls
Great Low Light Performance
Good base battery life (if i need to buy more, i will etc etc)
Record 24p (i've heard some cameras don't record this 'natively' - dunno what that means)
Low Noise
Decent Audio (don't want to spend more on a mic, but if i got a cheap-er camera then sure)
Flash memory - with expandable memory (sony / SD memory i don't mind)
Easy menus / interface
O.I.S

basically just a generally really good camera

I've looked at :

Canon Hf10/11
Canon HFS10
Panasonic Tm300

the last two are a wee bit expensive, since i can get the HF11 for half of what the others cost

any info would be great to have

thanks

Andy
