Any other Software Like Panasonic's HD Writer AE that will work with Canon Camera?

Have Canon HG20 Camera now, previously a Panasonic SD20. Although the Canon does take better quality pictures, the Panasonic shipped with HD Writer AE, which was a simple but very easy to use program that transferred your videos to AVCHD or DVD. The Canon ships with imagemixer Software, which isn't as good. Loved the way the Panasonic software put the chapters in date order of clips onto the DVD, but the Panasonic software will not work with the Canon Camera. Is there any other easy transfer software that I could use? Don't want to go for editing, just an easy to use transfer software ?
