Recommendations please; 1080p camcorder

Hi folks,
I'm looking for recommendations, please. I'm looking for, in order of preference;
1. 1080p 50Hz capture camcorder
2. 1080p 60Hz capture camcorder
3. 720p 50Hz or 60Hz camcorder

Any advice? Are these available under £1k? Any models out there that meet the description but are actually rubbish? Any 'hidden gems'?
