£400 HD Camcorder for iMovie 09 editing

I am in the market for a new HD camcorder. I already have a new iMac with iMovie 09 that I would like to use for importing and editing HD video.

Whats the best camera to get for around £400? Have seen the Sanyo HD2000...any thoughts?

A couple of thread before or after this, you can see you can get a Canon HF100 for £299 from Currys, but maybe you have to settle with demo version as I did, but still worth it though.

HF100 is a great camera, come on top on most websites review.
