Sony CCD-V6000E Troubleshooting

Hi folks,

I bought this camera a while ago for an excellent price of £30 and have never used it because of a persisting problem giving that it is however in good shape.

After a brief search on these forums and google I think I have narrowed it down to mis-aligned heads or tape guides.

The viewfinder image is (for lack of a better word) shaky and repeats moving vertically

http://img191.imageshack.us/img191/5202/probleme.jpg

The tape sometimes comes off and lodges itself in the rollers as well.

Any help would be appreciated and probably repair costs (no matter how much it is) would be great.
