Best Software for real time Minidv to PC recording.

Hi guys and gals. I am a newb on here but this seems like the best place to ask.

I have two MiniDV camcorders connected to a PC by Firewire.

My wish is to be able to capture real time video from both camcorders simultaneously straight to PC (ie, no pre recorded tapes).

It would be great if there was some software that could at the press of a button stop and start recording from both perspectives/sources, then you could playback both captures simultaneously at full speed, and slow motion, frame by frame etc.

Any ideas?

Both free and paid for suggestions are welcome.

Thanks!
