Compressed swf video to anything else really

I have an animation application called Pencil (free Open Source software) which outputs to swf. When I tried to convert the animations so that I could construct a video, I came up against a nearly insurmountable barrier.

That the files are actually compressed shockwave flash files seems to be the nub of the problem. After much searching I have found just a couple of apps that will convert the files to avi or mpeg (so I know that it is possible) but they are asking about $100 for the privilege (Moyea swf to video converter).

Does anyone know of a cheaper of free solution. I don't care what the output movie is in, even flv will do.

Thanks, I just missed it unfortunately.

I tried the trial version and it does the job but puts a watermark on the output. Back to square one.
