HD Footage PAL>NTC/NTC>PAL

Could anybody out there please tell me if there are any programs/software that convert HD footage. I have both pal/ntc AVCHD footage which I know I can get into Final Cut Express and from there send it to mini DV tape in its respective standard. Over recent years I have recorded HD direct to mini DV (sony hc1 in pal); AVCHD in 1080/29f.p.s (Sony CX7) and most recently AVCHD in HD 1080/25 f.p.s.(PAL). At some point I would like to combine footage from all sources and view it in HD.

Any decent video conversion program can do it. I use Canopus Procoder.
PM me if details are scarce

Thank you for your response. Have done a little check on this and it does not look like it is mac (use a macbook pro) compatible. Are there any Mac based solutions ?? If procoder does indeed work with a Mac, it looks very impressive.
