Just after a bit of help please.

I have been sent a beta cod for COD5 for pre ordering with Game, but when I try to redeem the code it goes through the first stage ok and shows me what the code is for and the terms, but when I try to download it I get an error message and code. Not 100% sure on the error code at the moment as I am at work, but I know it begins with 8. I am currently connected to Live but only with a 1 month trial, not sure if that is the problem.
Just wanted to know if anyone has had the same problem or can shed any light on this?

The code in the email from Game is only for use on Callofduty.com, once those instructions in the email have been followed its a waiting game for the Beta Code to be sent.

Thanks for that but I have actually received the Beta code from Activision and it will not download. Just off home for lunch so will give it another try and will post the error code that i get.
