Beta problem

After every map my COD beta says something like 'unable to start game. please download again'. i simply restart the demo and it is fine until game end again. this is particularly annoying because i dont rank up 1st.

i have been having an increasing number of problems with my 360 lateloy and i wonder if this is another problem peculiar to me.
