I've just got a code and haven't really even tried. All I've done is sign up on CALLOFDUTY.COM on Sat 11/10. No pre-order, didn't migrate an account from Charlie Oscar Delta. Received by e-mail this morning. Check your e-mail if your in a similar situation. Look forward to catching a few of you guys on there.
