I'm only ranked about 15 at the moment and was wondering if at some point (at the right rank), if it's possible to use the heartbeat sensor AND laser/acog scope on the same weapon simultaneously??

No need for a new thread....depending on your gun, yes you will be able to do so with the Bling Perk.
