How do you get cold blooded pro?

Any ideas? got 0/40 so far as not sure what im supposed to do

You need to destroy enemy kill streak rewards while using Cold-Blooded (Helicopters, Harriers, Sentry Guns, etc) The Stinger Missile is good for shooting down Helicopters and Harriers
