Will you be playing cod:mw2 post Xmas

The wife has taken my copy and is to give me it for Xmas. Who's still going to be playing post Xmas, or will I have missed the boat?
Is MP aspect that good?

This game will still be played even when the new COD game comes out.

COD4 is still being played online and how long ago did that come out? 2 years?

Maybe even more?

You might be in for a tough time at Christmas - you'll be starting at level 1 when everyone else will be on their 2nd or 3rd Prestige!

That doesnt mean anything. I'm on my first prestige, and im crap.

I played a game the other day with a 4th or 5th prestige huy, and he sucked. He got 4 for 29.

Exactly.

ANyone can get to the top prestige, it means f*** all.

Obviously the better players will just rank up quicker.

I remember the bolloc*** when a gold cross was in a cod4 lobby, everyone would think he would be great, and most of the time they'd be crap.

haha that totally reminds me of Battlefield 2 on the PC. Me and my mate were like 2nd Lt. (and he eventually got Captain) but we were up against and playing with guys with 1-4 stars yet they totally blew

, me and him got top of the leader boards 90% of the time yet we were way below in level than they were

usually I'd get a KD of about 3 to 1 and he'd get a 5-1. Love that game I think the quick revive when chosing the medic option is epic

but prolly wouldn't work well on COD. Also I remember when I was in a Zombies match waiting to get started was like level 19 or something (baring in mind most of my play was Zombies and I had got to level 32 on Zombies previously) guy with 4th rank prestige comes in and asks "Hey GodlyMassacre, is that prestiged or not?" I said "nope it aint but trust me I got to level 32 on Zombies" he leaves straight away, all I could do is laugh and think i'm better than most of the ppl on zombies than those who have prestiged. Then getting top of the leaderboards most of the time on WaW against ppl with multiple prestiges (including beating my brother) just makes me smile, its not about how many ranks or levels you got, depends how good you are with the equipment you got.

If you have played COD4 then you will have no problems playing this game, whether you play it in the future be it this xmas or next. The only disadvantage is not knowing the maps and the choke points where you will die more than kill because of lack of knowledge, but after a day's game play you will know the maps pretty well. I am only level 29 and know the levels pretty well already. I don't really play that much either.
Apollus, agreed yes you are a good zombie killer with relatively low experience at playing Multiplayer at COD 4/5. After all mutiplayer rankings don't show a players potential or how good they are at the game. After all some people who play the game alot create new accounts for the fun of levelling up from scratch, and Zombies on COD5 is a whole new ball game, and that guy who left in that game we played was a sad old american with no life.
