Ninja Pro still showing up on heartbeat sensor

It's definately glitched and not doing what it's supposed to . A mate who uses it having same issue.

I check killcam and the sensor is picking me out.

I've checked loads now and it's definately me they are seeing as majority of time I'm nowhere near my team.

I'm using marathon, cold blooded and ninja with silenced Tar21

Anyone else experiencing this? Quite a few comments about this all over the tinterweb.

It's happening to me too! I noticed playing it last night as the guy seemed to know I was coming, so I watched the killcam and I was definately showing up on heartbeat sensor. I continued to watch subsequent killcams and it was the same.

It's damn annoying as I hate HB sensor players as they're usually very selfish and dont play objectively. In Domination taking cheap kills so they can protect their pathetic K/D ratio and not go for flags.

This needs sorting as HB sensors are way overpowered without Ninja Pro to counter it.

Really? I take your point about cheap kills but it's perfect in domination when your capturing a flag to get some idea of approaching enemy.

All good if you go for flags and not just run about with a HB sensor for kills. I pretty much played TDM exclusively till level 30 so when I changed modes to Domination it was annoying to still see a large percentage of players sitting back doing nothing having a nice old camp, just like TDM.

And the only counter to the HB sensor (Ninja Pro) clearly doesn't work it needs fixing. I've checked every Killcam and I'm defo getting hunted by heartbeat

Yeah domination is a campers wet dream, they canc amp near a flag as it's guaranteed to have people coming by for easy kills.

Camping don't make you a good player, an f'in monkey could sit there with a pad and camp, and again I'd love to know why people care about their kill death ratio, no one cares.

Not sure why some of you are having problems with ninja pro, no one sees me with heartbeat sensors.

I care about it because it gives me an indication of how well I'm playing overall. It's not online knob waving like rank. I hate nothing more than people on ridiculous prestige levels thinking they're a better player than you. It generally just means they're unemployed. (jk)

I rarely play anything other than hardcore team death match so in the mode I play my KD ratio is like my own personal challenge to show myself I'm improving at the game.

I take it as an achievement that I have a positive KD of 1.46 at the moment when HC is full of campers to ferret out, especially when I've improved this from 0.90. It shows me I'm learning the maps and working out people's tactics while developing my own.

I can totally understand the hate for people playing HQ or Domination etc simply to pad their KD ratio. This is something I won't do. When my clan do play HQ we end up with postive KD ratios most games anyway as we communicate, take the objective and pick the people off who are coming in to destroy it.

Just thought I should defend my corner

I completely agree with this, KDR is the only stat that shows you how well you are doing, if there are people out there who just camp for KDR then they need to sort themselves out cos they must be bored to death...

But Camping and KDR are not specifically related, i dont camp but i still aim to keep myself from dying and get kills, after all if someone is dead then they can't win the game...

I'll try and explain what I meant.

I'm talking about those who camp get 3 kills in one match but 0 deaths and think theya re a good player because of their kill death ratio, they're not, all they are is a sad c***.

Same as you say as those that prestige and think they are good, rank means nothing, anyone can rank up but obviously the better players will rank up quicker.

And again, you guys say you want to see how well you're doing, fair enough, but me personally I don't give a damn, it's a game, who cares how good you are.

But if you guys wanna take it seriously then go ahead.

Who here thinks if they removed the K/D stat the game would be more FUN to play?

I think that statistic ruins how the game is played

(And my stats are not bad K/D 1.55 and W/L 1.34)

I don't think it's a problem with the killcam. The replays have clearly shown someone actually waiting for me to appear, he definately new I was coming. I've also noticed glitches in the preditor missle cam I think. Sometimes I don't appear as a green cross and have killed myself on a few occassions. Once when there was only 1 red square showing so i homed in only to find out it was me

I see your point, I personally dont think i am very good at this game, I have spent hundreds of hours on COD4 and maybe 20 hours on MW2 and i would say im about average. but if what you are saying is right and you dont care how good you are because its just a game then why do you hate campers so much - they are as much of a part of the game as anyone else (even if they are annoying).

I take the game seriously because i want to do well, i want to win games, but most of all i want to have a laugh.

agreeing with you on this one. if IW didnt want you to do some camping they wouldnt have put sniper rifles for you to use. A sniper dont exactly run around.

campers are a part of the game. i actually enjoy them as it means ive gotta take my time and hunt them down.

im personally not a fan of people running around shooting 'nades all over the shop and blasting people with rocket launchers but i know its not gunna stop so get on with it.

I don't define sniping as camping at all.

I agree that it's part of the game and I do enjoy the odd sniping session. If you're sniping you're putting yourself at risk to take the shot. Not camping in my opinion.

I hate campers because they ruin my enjoyment of the game.

Dying doesn't ruin my enjoyment, if a sniper takes my head off 30 times I don't care, but some mug hiding in the same spot all match does my head in.

Now who's taking it seriously?

Why do we play anyway if not for the challenge? The challenge is part of the fun to me.

Regarding your point about people who rank up quicker being better players, sometimes it's the case but sometimes it isn't. My friend would admit he's not as good as me but he ranks up lots faster as he has OCD regarding weapons challenges, therefore gets a lot of bonus points.

I use around 3-4 weapons max, I'm just boring and stick with what I'm comfortable with. Therefore I complete the challenges and then that's the end of any bonus points.

I am with you on campers though, it's very much a spoiling tactic.

I can understand somebody who has the skill and tactical knowledge to hold down an area, it's the people who try to hold down a postage stamp of space where their backs are covered on three sides and they're only kills will come on the off chance somebody stumbles past.

Then again, after two to three minutes of play, you should figure them out. I find the heartbeat sensor helps a lot. Always confuses me why a camper would not use all the invisibility perks.

Then you're incredibly talented and possible should use the PSN 'Hawkeye' or something equally flamboyant.

I personally like sniping with the javelin.
