Yes it is only 1 claymore. Although you can pick up more with the scavenger perk and also the re supply from the care packages.

No hardcore FFA. Don't think it was on the other CODs either?

This game tries to prevent people joining games half way through, so if people leave then it doesn't fill the game back up again until you reach the lobby.

Well it it didn't do a good job of preventing this when two BoB joined Stevie's game near the end the other day. About 10 seconds after they joined, Stevie kindly nuked there ass's, talk about "thrown in at the deep end"

I used to love Hardcore free for all in World at War. Shame it's not included in MW2.

I'd agree with the empty rooms though, there's nothing worse than FFA on Afghan with only 4 people.

I have played a few games where people come and go during the game and I have also joined several games midway. I did notice though that it doesn't happen as much as it did in MW

If people complain about joining in games about 40, 50 secs from the end, only to be on the losing side, then there has to be a way to stop that happening, and this is it.
I hate it when i join, just to lose then sit through the stupidly long intermission time to get another game.

i agree totally, also if your on a smaller team it can be an advantage sometimes.

a question from me, i havent been on as much as i would have hoped yet but i have walked into a few claymores so far, is there a bomb squad perk on here as i havent seen one yet? im on level 26.

There is two ways to escape or detect claymore's:

Make your scramble perk pro,so you can walk through claymore's before they explode

Bomb squad is now called sitrep ,which detects claymore's and C4. You get that around the 40th level

I agree entirely, but that AFAIK this has not been rectified in this game. I've been dumped in numerous games midway or near the end

Yea i know it hasnt been rectified in this game, just saying what the case would be if it ever was rectified.
