how long did it take for the first load to come out on the previous COD's?

i can see me getting tired of the same maps sooner rather than later

MODERN WARFARE:

Game was released on November 9, 2007

Map pack was released on April 24, 2008

Game was released in Europe on November 14, 2008

Map Pack 1 was released on March 19, 2009
On April 30, 2009, Activision and Treyarch announced Map Pack 2
On July 20, 2009, Activision and Treyarch announced Map Pack 3



so give it a few months i'd of thought.

Erm, don't think there is any easy way to tell you guys this but.......

AFAIK the first MW2 map pack is a 360 exclusive


EDIT: It might even be the first two map packs are 360 exclusives !

I thought it was just a timed release for the 360 meaning we get it x amount of weeks after the eggbox.

The first map pack is exclusive to xbox for a WEEK. Microsoft paid IW to release it on Xbox live 1 week (7 days) before PSN.
