When are we going to have cross platform gaming? It totally sucks how my mates in the UK have a 360 and are playing eachother at MW2 but I can't join in on the fun with my PS3.

There's been a few 360 games where you could play against PC players. Whilst I see how that's probably alot more possible due to both being Microsoft but really, would it be so hard to implement (Aside from all the legalities of course)?

It's crazy that we can't. It would only encourage the sales of more games and consoles on both sides. Well, in my opinion anyway.

Not gonna happen as 360 owners would be up in arms that they have to pay and ps3 owners don't (even tho that's the case anyway)

besides I'm sure ms has live locked down. Afterall they can ban your 360

Why would MS want a unified gaming community.....especially when they are paying Devs like IW to make sure PS3 releases don't work in the first few days
