Yes we have heard it all before but I was taking it a bit more seriously given that they have now actually sold an arm of the business at a rock bottom price.

Can I just ask, why does the website say that you cannot change your package until March? Is it related to the sale? Somebody on the customer phoneline told me it is because of work being done in the exchange but I dont belive that for a second as many people are reporting that the website is telling them that they cant change their package until March.
