Hi all

Im thinking of renting a basement flat in a non-cable area of South Manchester ( I currently have Virgin media cable package - broadband, tv and phone, but I checked and the new flat is not cabled)

So I was worrying about still being able to get C-Beebies all day for my daughter etc! and broadband for me.. in a basement where freeview is probably not a good plan is it... would services down my phone line, such as TiscaliTV be my only option?

Check that Tiscali TV is available in your area ? Also why cant you get an aerial feed into the basement?.. Tiscali TV works without freeview, but is far better with it..
without Freeview watch 1 channel, record 1 channel (same channel)
with freeview watch 1, record 2 Different channels
Also what about getting Sky installed?
or do without and read some books together

I guess i will just have to wait and see, if I move to the flat , what is available and what im allowed to install.

Until then, yeah we got plenty books - a veritable library full!
