Feature Request: Or how to make your users happy

Having been a fairly contented user of Tiscali Tv for over six months, I would like a feature request to be implemented, or rather a feature given back that was taken away. I refer to the original Tiscali box and programme reminders.. If you set a reminder it would pop up on screen, and if nothing was done, then the box would change channels. However this behaviour is not available on the tiscali+ box for some reason, its not even an option. Reminders are still there, they still pop up but the default behaviour is not to change the channel. I for one would like the reminder to change channel, as then a "playlist" can be implemented for viewing thru out the day. This can be useful for those who are unable to use the existing remote control and are bedridden. It might even be useful to be able to complie a playlist of recorded programs, for the same reason.
So lets try to make good system better, heh

Hi,

Essentially, with the development of multi-channel recording for the PVR and due to issues resolving reminder clashes this was removed for the T+ STB, though is still available on older models, in terms of Playlists, we are always looking at ways to enhance the product and feedback on suggestions, thanks again,

Kind Regards

SO you are saying That the channels have to be changed manually? that's very last century. The idea would be to enable someone who listens to the radeo stations to have a preset playlist of stations to listen to. In other rooms.
I am very surprised to hear that the reminder thing cant be implemented.. give me the source code and I'll do it myself!..
Roll on Hi-def and Multichannel sound (5.1)

And the epg.. thats had a few Porkies in it, lately..
