Question about box - SCART only? Component? Picture Quality + Resolution?

Hi, I am waiting for installation. Due to having a large and difficult to move TV as well as using an amp for all sound (TV has no speakers) I am quite curious about the outputs from the Tiscali TV box.

Is it (only) SCART, with a stereo sound and a picture in either RGB or composite form?

Or - is there component or HDMI output for video and / or digital optical or coaxial for sound? Is there a picture of it somewhere - I did look through the thread titles but didn't see such basic info.

Tiscali themselves didn't know (sales nor her boss who did know it was "a SCART").

Thanks for any answers, if anyone knows the resolution / colour depth / frames per second of the picture that is of interest to me as well

It has HDMI. I highly recommend you use it as the picture is vastly improved when you do.

Resolution is standard 480p I believe. There is no HD content but the HDMI connection is definitely better pic than the SCART.
