Where's MK_Brett? Need your help

Hi

Been looking through this forum and saw MK_Brett was here

been having a couple of issues with Tiscali and everytime i write back to an email from Tiscali's complaints department i get someone new write back

So my problem is getting answered by loads of different people and never gets solved, i don't suppose you know an insiders way of getting stuff sorted do ya?

I've got the incident numbers (PM me for them)

Hi,
The only suggestion I can give you is, if they are tech issues, post them in the Tiscali Tech forums http://www.tiscali.co.uk/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=1
Incident numbers are no use to us as we don't have access to them.
