Just installed wireless router for a friend of mine,everything ok but can get his laptop to recieve his emails through outlook express,followed instructions to the letter but keeps on saying passwords wrong,is this a tiscali problem or is it me ,this only happens wireless on his laptop,its fine on his main desktop pc and all settings are the same?

If it works fine on his PC, then there must be something you are doing wrong.
One this you can do is delete the email account on the laptop and then re-create it (in OE)
