How does the Tiscali traffic management affect the TV?

One for Brett, how does the traffic management problems i've been reading about affect the Tv use? I'm a Homechoice customer and before i'm forced onto the tiscali network i need to know that i will still be able to use usenet, iplayer play games etc... if not then i'll jump ship which i don't really fancy as i love the tv service!

As a customer I can say that the traffic management doesnt seem to affect the TV at all. In the evenings p2p stuff (linux distros, open office, etc) grinds to a complete halt but TV service is fine.
