Can anyone tell me how or what I need to convert Component from my Wii to my HMDI and the 15pin VGA from my laptop to my HMDI.

I only have a HMDI cable to my TV.

Component (from your Wii) is analogue YPrPb.
HDMI is digital and so you would need a (relatively expensive) Component-to-HDMI converter which would include a video analogue to digital converter.
What other output options are available from your Wii ?
What is the make and model number of your TV ?

I have a Wii, it's only video connections are composite (they include a composite to SCART adapter with the console) and component. If you want it's best picture quakity then you need to use the component. A quick google found Component Video YPbPr & SPDIF to HDMI Converter Adapter,YPbPr to HDMI Converter as the cheapest component to HDMI converter.
