We had this installed a couple of days ago.
Seems very good. Just the remote response can be a bit slow!
The install went very well, I told the guy to just leave the cable running across the floor as we are in the middle of refurbishment!

Just the one question though, we have an old Hitachi 42PD5200 (which can't (and won't!) be replaced easily as it's built into the wall which only has one DVI connection and one scart. The DVD player normally gets dibs on the HDMI, but I was wondering as we only use the DVD occasionally, whether the Tiscali+ should be using it instead.

Is there noticable picture difference between the HDMI and RGB scart outputs?

Whenever I use Tiscali TV I've found the SD picture quality over HDMI quite good. I've noticed some funny sounds come out of it after a bit of viewing, like bird chirping. It could be a faulty box but I've never bothered getting it changed.

It's set up my my name, but I don't know how to set up a profile for my wife!

It's not available. I've had TTV since 2007 and it's been like that since then.

You need to ring customer services and they can add a new profile for you.
