i have a samsung LE32R7 tv retuning it other day for switch over & now channel stuck on ITV1 on the digi freeview & i can't access DMENU to do a factory reset any ideas on how to fix this prob,there's nothing wrong with remote as i can change channels over on analogue & change source AV1/AV2

Not sure why you posted this in the Cable section.
Freeview section would be more appropriate.
If you can view the analogue channels, you should also be able to access any "new installation" or reset modes.
Better still, try to reset then unplug from the mains for an hour. Then try via whatever exists in the way of a "new installation" option.
